Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • An incorrect style was shipped

We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All approved claims will be issued store credit only.


Damage & Defective Claims

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 14 days of the received date
  • All items must be unworn, unused, with original BLITHE tags attached and in their original packaging
  • Damage claims resulting from wear, use, or items being tried on will not be accepted

How to Submit a Claim

To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), email info@blithela.com with the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Style Number
  • Size(s) and Color
  • Quantity
  • Description of Damage
  • Photo(s) of the damage

Return Authorization & Shipping

  • Once your claim is reviewed, you will be notified of the decision
  • If approved, an RA# will be issued
  • If the customer provides their own return shipping label, Blithe LA is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misrouted packages
  • Returns without authorization will not be accepted
  • Please allow 10–15 business days for return processing after receipt
