RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER PURCHASE.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item arrives damaged, or
- An incorrect style was shipped
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All approved claims will be issued store credit only.
Damage & Defective Claims
- Damage claims must be submitted within 14 days of the received date
- All items must be unworn, unused, with original BLITHE tags attached and in their original packaging
- Damage claims resulting from wear, use, or items being tried on will not be accepted
How to Submit a Claim
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), email info@blithela.com with the following information:
- Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Style Number
- Size(s) and Color
- Quantity
- Description of Damage
- Photo(s) of the damage
Return Authorization & Shipping
- Once your claim is reviewed, you will be notified of the decision
- If approved, an RA# will be issued
- If the customer provides their own return shipping label, Blithe LA is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misrouted packages
- Returns without authorization will not be accepted
- Please allow 10–15 business days for return processing after receipt
