Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival or the incorrect style was shipped. Damage claims will be accepted within 14 days from the shipped date. All damage claims will be issued a store credit. Exchanges and refunds are not issued in any case.
To submit a new defective/damage claim, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number):

ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.
Once your claim is received and processed, we will notify you of the decision of your return. Upon approval, you will receive an RA#. The RA# must be written on the original packing before shipping the return back. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to the process.
