SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to process orders as soon as possible. 
Please note that orders will generally take 1 business day to ship out.

All orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be shipping out the same day.  

Shipping costs are determined by the dimension and weight of the package, and the shipping destination. Shipping costs will be shown on the check-out page. You can choose your shipping method from the options we have available. 

Shipping Options:

  • UPS Ground
  • Local Trucking (UCL, City Business, etc.), local cargo & local re-labeling companies
  • Pick up
*For trucking, cargo, and re-labeling deliveries, please note the trucking or cargo names on the comment box.

* Expedited shipping options are currently not available.

International orders may be delayed 1-2 day additionally due to customs.
